We understand that you may need to change your travel plans. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee availability or pricing.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen events that may disrupt your travel plans.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time of booking to confirm your reservation for daily tours and 25% of the reservation for package tours. The rest of the payment is due upon arrival. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. We use a secure payment gateway to process all credit card transactions. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Daily tours: Payment upon arrival

Package tours: 25% of the reservation at the time of booking and the rest upon arrival

Updated cancellation information:

Cancellation of daily tours is free of charge and the full amount is refunded.

Cancellation of package tours is subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

Updated cancellation and refund information:

Cancellation of daily tours is free of charge, and the full amount is refunded if paid electronically. As for the package, 5% is deducted from the amount paid.
