Day 1:

Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be met by our representative who will assist you with the immigration and customs procedures. You will then be transferred to your hotel in Cairo, where you will check in and relax for the rest of the day. You can also explore the city on your own or join an optional tour to see the Sound and Light Show at the Pyramids of Giza or Dinner Cruise on the Nile River.

Day 2:
Pyramids of Giza, Sphinx, Saqqara Pyramids, and Memphis
Pyramids of Giza, Sphinx, Saqqara Pyramids, and Memphis
After breakfast, you will start your tour by visiting the Pyramids of Giza, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. You will see the three main pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos, as well as the smaller pyramids of the queens and the nobles. You will also see the Sphinx, the mythical creature with the body of a lion and the head of a human. You will have the opportunity to enter one of the pyramids or ride a camel around the plateau (optional).Next, you will visit Saqqara, the vast necropolis of the ancient capital of Memphis. You will see the Step Pyramid of King Djoser, the first pyramid ever built in Egypt. You will also see the Pyramid of Teti, the Mastaba of Ti, and the Serapeum, where the sacred bulls were buried.After lunch, you will continue to Memphis, the oldest and most important city in the history of Egypt. You will see the colossal statue of King Ramses II, the alabaster sphinx, and the open-air museum that displays the artifacts and monuments of the ancient city.You will then return to your hotel and have the evening at your leisure.

After breakfast, you will visit the Egyptian Museum, which houses the largest collection of ancient Egyptian artifacts in the world. You will see the treasures of King Tutankhamun, including his golden mask, coffin, and chariot. You will also see the mummies of the pharaohs, the animal mummies, and the statues of the gods and goddesses.After lunch, you will visit the Citadel of Salah El Din, a medieval fortress that overlooks the city of Cairo. You will see the Mosque of Mohamed Ali, also known as the Alabaster Mosque, which is the most prominent landmark of the citadel. You will also see the Military Museum, the Police Museum, and the panoramic view of the city.Next, you will visit the Khan El Khalili Bazaar, one of the oldest and largest markets in the Middle East. You will see the colorful shops, stalls, and cafes that sell everything from souvenirs, antiques, jewelry, spices, perfumes, and more. You will also see the Al-Hussein Mosque, the Al-Azhar Mosque, and the El-Fishawy Coffeehouse.You will then return to your hotel and have the evening at your leisure.

After breakfast, you will drive to Alexandria, which is about 3 hours away from Cairo. Alexandria is the second-largest city in Egypt and the pearl of the Mediterranean. It was founded by Alexander the Great and was the center of culture and learning in the ancient world.You will visit the Qaitbay Citadel, which is a 15th-century fortress that was built on the site of the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. You will see the impressive architecture, the naval museum, and the view of the harbor.Next, you will visit the Serapeum, which is a temple dedicated to the god Serapis, a syncretic deity that combined the attributes of the Egyptian and Greek gods. You will see the Pompey’s Pillar, which is a 25-meter-high granite column that stands in the middle of the temple. You will also see the sphinxes, the statues, and the underground galleries.After lunch, you will visit the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, which are the largest and most important Roman burial site in Egypt. You will see the tombs, the sarcophagi, the reliefs, and the paintings that reflect the fusion of the Egyptian and Roman art and culture.You will then return to your hotel in Cairo and have the evening at your leisure.

After breakfast, you will check out from your hotel and be transferred to the airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, you will be met by our representative and start your tour of Aswan.You will visit the High Dam, which was built in the 1960s to control the flooding of the Nile and generate hydroelectric power. You will also see the Unfinished Obelisk, which is the largest obelisk ever carved but was abandoned due to a crack in the granite. You will also visit the Philae Temple, which is dedicated to the goddess Isis and was relocated to an island after the construction of the dam.You will then check in to your hotel in Aswan and have the rest of the day at your leisure. You can also join an optional tour to see the Nubian Village or the Botanical Garden.

Abu Simbel

After an early breakfast, you will drive to Abu Simbel, which is about 3 hours away from Aswan. You will visit the two magnificent temples of Abu Simbel, which were built by King Ramses II and his wife Nefertari in the 13th century BC. The temples are carved into the rock and face the Lake Nasser. They are famous for their colossal statues of the king and the queen, as well as their intricate reliefs and paintings. The temples were also relocated to a higher ground to save them from the rising water of the dam.You will then drive back to Aswan and have the evening at your leisure.

After breakfast, you will check out from your hotel and drive to Luxor, which is about 4 hours away from Aswan. Luxor is the ancient city of Thebes and the capital of Egypt during the New Kingdom. You will visit the West Bank and the East Bank of the Nile, where you will see some of the most impressive monuments in Egypt.On the West Bank, you will visit the Valley of the Kings, where the pharaohs and nobles were buried in rock-cut tombs. You will see the colorful paintings and hieroglyphs that depict the journey of the deceased to the afterlife. You will also have the chance to enter the tomb of King Tutankhamun, which was discovered in 1922 by Howard Carter. You will also visit the Temple of Hatshepsut, which is a unique terraced temple built by the only female pharaoh in Egypt. You will also see the Colossi of Memnon, which are two giant statues of King Amenhotep III that once guarded his mortuary temple.On the East Bank, you will visit the Karnak Temple, which is the largest religious complex in the world. You will see the avenue of sphinxes, the great hypostyle hall, the obelisks, the sacred lake, and the various temples dedicated to different gods.
